Langfristige Oberflächenrechtsverträge wurden bereits abgeschlossen.<br> Die einzelnen Windkraft- Anlagen variieren zwischen 25 MW bis 220 MW.<br> 11 Baugenehmigungen wurden bisher erteilt. Monat für Monat erwarten wir weitere Baukonzessionen.<br> <br> <br> <b>Projektvorbereitung</b>:<br> <br> Standortsicherung, Abschluß der Oberflächenrechtsverträge, Genehmigungsplanung, Detailplanung, Statik, Bauleitung, Zusammenarbeit mit Investorengruppen im In- und Ausland.<br> Es wird besonderer Wert darauf gelegt, dass der Investor bereits in der 1° Planungsphase mit einbezogen wird, um über die Anzahl und Größe der Maschinen zu entscheiden.<br> <br> <br> <b>Projektrealisierung</b>:<br> <br> Technische Planung, Detailplanung, Statik, Bauleitung, Ausschreibungen der Infrastrukturarbeiten wie Straßen, Fundamente, Leitungen, Trafos usw., schlüsselfertige Erstellung der gesamten Bauarbeiten vor Ort.<br> <br> <br> Projektbegleitung:<br> <br> Koordination, Betriebsüberwachung, Geschäftsführung während der Bauphase, Projektbetreibung, sowie Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung nach der Bauphase.<br> Förderungen und Strompreise:<br> In Italien wird die Stromerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energien seit 1993 staatlich gefördert. Im Jahr 1999 löste das Modell der "Grünen Zertifikate" das alte Fördersystem ab. Ab 2002 sind die Energieversorger verpflichtet, über ihre bestehenden Kraftwerkskapazitäten hinaus einen Anteil von 2 % Ihrer Stromerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen zu decken. Diesen Anteil können sie entweder durch Eigenproduktion oder durch den Erwerb "Grüner Zertifikate" anderer Stromerzeuger bereitstellen. Der Preis für diese Zertifikate liegt bei ca. 0,07 Euro pro kWh. Der Zertifikatsverkäufer kann darüber hinaus seinen Strom für ca. 0,05 Euro pro kWh auf dem freien Energiemarkt verkaufen. <br> Es gibt auch Steuererleichterungen für Investitionen in benachteiligten Regionen, wie Kalabrien 50%, Kampanien - Basilikata - Apulien - Sizilien und Sardinien 35%, sowie Abruzzen und Molise 20%.<br> Ein weiterer Grund für den Ausbau der Windenergienutzung in Italien sind die hervorragenden Windverhältnisse. Bis Ende 2002 waren Windenergieanlagen mit einer Gesamtleistung von rund 1200 MW installiert, damit liegt Italien nach Deutschland, Spanien und Dänemark an vierter Stelle. Inoltre sono stati conclusi dei contratti del diritto di occupazione suolo a lungo termine.<br> <br> La capacità dei singoli impianti eolici varia tra 25 mw e 220 mw.<br> <br> Finora sono state emesse 11 concessioni edilizie. Mese per mese aspettiamo ulteriori concessioni.<br> <br> Preparazione del progetto:<br> <br> Scelta del piano d'appoggio idoneo, conclusione dei contratti per il diritto di occupazione suolo, progettazione di approvazione, progettazione dettagliata, statica, direzione lavori, cooperazione con gruppi investitori nazionali ed esteri.<br> <br> Si ritiene molto importante il coinvolgimento dell'investitore già nella prima fase di progettazione per decidere sulla quantità e le dimensioni dei macchinari.<br> <br> Realizzazione del progetto<br> <br> Progettazione tecnica, progettazione dettagliata, statica, direzione lavori, appalto dei lavori infrastrutturali come per esempio strade, fondazioni, collegamenti, trasformatori ecc., esecuzione chiavi in mano di tutti i lavori di costruzione in loco.<br> <br> Lavori accompagnatori del progetto:<br> <br> Coordinazione, sorveglianza dell'impianto, gestione d'affari durante la fase di costruzione, gestione progetti, nonché amministrazione e gestione d'affari dopo la fase di costruzione.<br> <br> Sovvenzioni e prezzo della corrente<br> <br> In Italia la produzione di corrente da fonti di energia rinnovabile è sovvenzionata dallo Stato dal 1993. Nel 1999 il modello dei "Certificati Verdi" è subentrato al vecchio sistema di sovvenzioni. Dal 2002 i fornitori di energia sono obbligati a coprire il 2% della loro produzione di corrente mediante fonti di energia rinnovabile - oltre alle loro attuali capacità di produzione energetica. Questa percentuale può essere messa a disposizione mediante produzione propria oppure tramite l'acquisto dei "Certificati Verdi" di altri produttori di corrente. Il prezzo di questi certificati è di circa 0,07 euro a chilowattora. In più, sul libero mercato energetico il venditore del certificato può offrire la sua corrente al prezzo di circa 0,05 euro a chilowattora.<br> <br> Si riescono a ottenere anche delle agevolazioni fiscali per investimenti nelle regioni svantaggiate come 50% in Calabria, 35% in Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Sicilia e Sardegna, nonché 20% nell'Abruzzo e nel Molise.<br> <br> Un altro motivo per l'ampliamento dell'utilizzo di energia eolica in Italia sono le favorevoli condizioni del vento. Fino alla fine del 2002 gli impianti eolici erano dotati di una capacità produttiva di circa 1 200 mw. Questo significa che l'Italia si trova al quarto posto dopo la Germania, la Spagna e la Danimarca. Per l'anno 2010 ci si aspetta che questa cifra si decuplichi.<br> <br> Costo di costruzione chiavi in mano:<br> <br> Il costo complessivo (chiavi in mano) di un campo eolico con una capacità produttiva nominale di 25 mw con generatori a partire da 1,5 mw incluso progettazione di approvazione, progettazione dettagliata, appalti, misurazioni eoliche, perizie, scelta del piano d'appoggio idoneo, infrastrutture, fondazioni, strade, collegamenti, stazioni di trasformazione ecc. si aggira tra 0,44 euro e 0,50 euro a chilowattora prodotta all'anno.<br> <br> Ventoenergie <br> <br> WIND ENERGIE <br> <br> <br> <br> </p> </body>
